To request a refund, follow these steps:

3. Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, may take 7-14 business days to be processed, depending on the airline and payment provider.
    
4. Cancellation Fees: Airlines may charge a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Avion Flights may also charge a service fee for processing cancellations.

• If you fail to board your flight (no-show), your ticket may become non-refundable and non-changeable.
   
• Passengers are responsible for arriving at the airport on time. Avion Flights is not liable for refunds due to missed flights.

• If you need to change your flight date or destination, modifications may be allowed based on the airline’s policy.
   
• Any fare differences, airline penalties, or service fees will apply.

If the airline cancels your flight, you may be eligible for:

• A full refund or travel credit issued by the airline.
   
• Free rebooking to an alternative flight, depending on availability.
   

Avion Flights will assist in processing refunds or rebooking options as per the airline’s policy.

 Refunds may not be provided in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Refund eligibility will be subject to the airline’s policies during such situations.
